- Disclosure documents under the Retail Shop Leases Act with particular relevance to timeframes ensuring Bank Guarantees are arranged and arranging registration of Leases;
- Perusal and negotiation of Lease Agreements for tenants as well as ensuring their rights are protected under the Retail Shop Leases Act;
- Drafting License Agreements for common area trading and carpark spaces;
- Subletting, assignment and transfer of Leases including Deeds of Covenants for landlords; and
- Acting in relation to lease breaches.
