Our partners Peter Ponti and John Richards are both experienced Notary Publics and can assist you with:

• Witnessing foreign documents;
• Certifications for foreign jurisdictions;
• Accepting Bills of Protest for internationally trading vessels;

• Liaison with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

The principal role of a Notary Public in Queensland is the certification and witnessing of documents for use in foreign jurisdictions. Except for a limited number of countries any documents that are notarised require a further certification with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Both Peter and John have extensive experience as notaries and regularly assist corporations and citizens with all their notary needs.
